Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients come from a variety of backgrounds and present an array of mental health issues, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance abuse challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will encounter clients of all ages and demographics, allowing you to apply your therapeutic skills in diverse situations while making a significant impact on their life quality and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Thorough knowledge of psychological theories, evidence-based treatment methods, and cultural competency in practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms, with a strong computer literacy to navigate digital tools effectively.

• A commitment to ethical practice, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding professional boundaries with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
