Production SupervisorJoin Reynolds Consumer Products…and Drive Your Career across a world of opportunities!We currently have an opportunity for a Production Supervisor at our Manufacturing Facility in Huntersville, NC for the night shift 12pm-12am.ResponsibilitiesThe Production Supervisor provides frontline leadership for a manufacturing shift by driving safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while achieving production objectives. Partners with cross-functional teams to optimize labor, equipment, and production performance, ensuring operational continuity and continuous improvement. Leads and develops hourly employees, promotes accountability, and resolves operational issues to meet business goals.
