Brothers II Business Machines of Long Island is seeking an experienced Multi-Function Printer/Copier Field Technician to join or team. We are a family owned and operated business with over 45 years serving a broad customer base in the NY, NJ, Long Island area. Responsibilities, not limited to:

• Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to clients.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Manage service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Educate clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in copier technology.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Complete any other tasks related to the position
• Special projects as assigned
• Keep a clean, organized and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Be a team player that is self-motivated with the ability to work independently and be resourceful when needed
• Always dependable, on time
• Pays attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask
• Has the ability to take directions, work well with others, and perform calmly under pressure
• Must have a strong work ethic and be reliable

Requirements:

• Repair experience of Multi-Function Copiers and printers (Kyocera Brand a plus)
• Experience with Postage machines and Folder/Inserter machines a plus (not required.)
• Minimum High School Diploma (College level work a plus)
• Must be computer literate at an intermediate level
• Ability to lift heavy objects 60lbs
• Must have Clean, Valid Drivers License
• Ability to read/write in English
