Hybrid Senior Legal Counsel — Contracts, Compliance & Strategy

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Marlborough, MA, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support BJ’s on-going operations, advise executives, negotiate complex commercial contracts, manage litigation, and oversee regulatory compliance. The role requires a strong commercial mindset and collaboration across business units.
The position is hybrid (in-office Tue-Thu at Marlborough, MA, with remote Mon and Fri). Eligible applicants should have MA bar admission or be eligible to practice, and extensive in-house
