Loan Servicing Officer

Responsibilities Support performance and overall effectiveness of Credit teams and external clients Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools Perform or guide others on complex loan related servicing activities Prioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate Loan Servicing team Interact and communicate with agencies, investors, insurers, and management Provide training to less experienced individuals Requirements 6+ years of Loan Servicing experience Bilingual speaking and reading proficiency in Spanish/English Experience working with High Value customers Proven results of best-in-class customer experience Extensive knowledge and experience with Credit Card products Experience handling complex or time sensitive inquiries Proven ability to communicate clearly with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors Ability to partner and collaborate with underwriting, compliance, and risk teams Working knowledge of loan products, terms, and servicing systems Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive expertise in Loan Servicing, providing leadership and mentorship while ensuring best-in-class customer experience.
