About This Role The Registered Nurse (RN) in Express Care provides compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient setting, ideal for those who enjoy variety and teamwork while making a meaningful impact through direct patient care. Highlights Pay: $38.71 - $55.23/Hourly Location: Danvers, MA Facility: Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours/week, rotating weekends What You'll Do Provide direct patient care while maintaining high standards of nursing practice, safety, and quality. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and support outpatient procedures. Assist providers with clinical procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, follow-up care, and health management. Administer medications, perform IV therapy, obtain blood samples, and provide other nursing interventions as appropriate. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, Medical Assistants, and other members of the care team to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR). Follow infection prevention protocols and promote a safe environment for patients, families, and staff. Support a positive patient experience through compassionate communication and clinical excellence. Requirements Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical nursing experience required Prior experience in urgent care, emergency department, or ambulatory/outpatient settings strongly preferred Experience with blood draws and IV placement preferred Licenses & Certifications: Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred About Mass General Brigham Mass General Brigham is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
