Store Manager We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative individual to join our team as a Store Manager. In this role you will have a positive impact on many lives. Responsibilities Maintain daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections. Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation. Recruit and select team members. Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L; and following all company policies and procedures. Handle other operational and strategic duties as assigned. Qualifications At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer. Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
