Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, effectively diagnosing conditions and formulating tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapies.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and developing safety plans.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
