Role Director of Facilities Overview Join Campus Services Group (CSG) as a Director of Facilities! In this leadership role, you’ll oversee all campus and facility operations, including Facilities, Grounds, Custodial Services, and Project Management for a day school in your area. You’ll manage a team and coordinate with outside contractors, ensuring the campus is clean, safe, and well‑maintained. Pay Rate USD $100,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr. Responsibilities Oversee campus facilities, grounds, custodial services, and project management. Manage a team of staff, contractors, and vendors, ensuring performance, training, and development. Ensure clear communication on facilities, construction, and safety projects within the school community. Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, review invoices, and oversee preventive maintenance programs. Conduct inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards. Manage sustainability initiatives and collaborate with school departments on on‑campus events. Oversee CMMS to ensure timely completion of work orders and maintenance tasks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities, or Construction Management (preferred). 5+ years of experience in facility/building/property management or construction management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role (educational setting experience preferred). Expertise in at least two technical trades (plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, roofing, HVAC, or other building trades). Basic computer skills (preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to maintain records and complete reports as required. Ability to interact positively with the client, staff, and the public.
