Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney with a minimum of 1 year experience in divorce/custody legal proceedings or other comparable area of practice to become a part of our team! We handle complex and high-conflict matters including divorce, custody disputes, relocation cases, and protective order litigation. Our attorneys take real ownership of their cases and spend meaningful time in court. Responsibilities Manage your own family law caseload Appear regularly in Superior Court throughout Arizona Draft motions, objections, pretrial statements and other legal pleadings Work directly with clients navigating high-stakes personal matters Complete formal discovery and disclosure of relevant evidence Negotiate resolution and attend mediation on behalf of clients Prepare for and conduct final trials and/or evidentiary hearings Collaborate with an experienced litigation team Ideal Candidate 2–7 years of family law experience (Arizona preferred) Comfortable handling hearings and courtroom advocacy Strong writing and case strategy skills Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a caseload independently What we offer Competitive base salary + performance bonuses Employer sponsored health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, 3 weeks paid time off and holidays Opportunity to take lead on cases and build courtroom experience Supportive team environment focused on results for clients Growth opportunity within an expanding firm #J-18808-Ljbffr Law Office of Daniel Hutto, PLLC
