We are professional, agile and our goal is to provide exceptional customer service, and we work closely with our clients to ensure that their orders are accurate, timely, and delivered with care. We specialize in providing high-quality, affordable cabinets for new construction and renovation projects.

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent

Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, support, and guidance to ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking and building relationships with clients and prospects.

Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and establish new business relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
