Serve as a key contributor on larger, more complex initiatives under the direction of a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager. Ensure project objectives, scope, timelines, and responsibilities are clearly defined, communicated, and executed successfully.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGather, analyze, and translate business and project requirements into actionable plans.Assist in defining project objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and resource requirements.Identify project risks and issues, facilitate reviews, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.Coordinate cross-functional project activities to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations.Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates, including communication of risks, issues, changes, and accomplishments to stakeholders.Facilitate effective communication among project teams, customers, stakeholders, and management, escalating issues as necessary.Support project budget forecasting and financial tracking, including invoice review and payment processing through Coupa.Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and exceeding customer expectations.Prepare and participate in project meetings, planning sessions, and communication forums to drive collaboration and decision-making.Resolve project-related conflicts and support organizational change management efforts when needed.Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and eliminate non-value-added activities.Maintain knowledge sharing across teams and Jabil facilities to promote best practices and operational consistency.Serve as an administrative liaison on behalf of VP, within and outside the company regarding administrative issues and communications.Participate or lead special projects and/or events.Administer program, projects and/or processes specific to the department served.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, security requirements, and Health, Safety, and Quality standards.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, customer, and IT information.Perform additional duties as assigned.GENERAL EXPECTATIONSDemonstrate strong customer service and business partnership skills.Work effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and deadlines.Support Jabil's business and IT strategic objectives.Foster teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.Exhibit professionalism, accountability, dependability, and sound judgment.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIESProject & Business ManagementProject management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost estimation.Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development.Risk, issue, resource, and stakeholder management.Business analysis and translating business requirements into technical solutions.Business case development and procurement processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ).Project performance measurement, KPI tracking, metrics, and SLA management.Post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement practices.Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
