Controller

I'm currently partnering with a well-established healthcare organization that is seeking a Controller to join its leadership team.

This is a highly visible role responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, audit management, budgeting, cash flow oversight, and team leadership. The Controller will collaborate closely with executive leadership to strengthen financial processes, support strategic initiatives, and ensure the organization's long-term financial health.

Ideal candidates will bring:

? CPA designation
? Progressive accounting leadership experience
? Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
? Experience managing audits, grants, and regulatory compliance
? Background in healthcare, nonprofit, or other highly regulated environments preferred
