The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of a fine dining establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and quality. Responsibilities

• Manage and lead restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service
• Control inventory to minimize waste and optimize supply levels
• Ensure excellent customer service and address guest concerns
• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting to meet financial targets
• Create and manage employee schedules for efficient coverage
• Maintain quality assurance standards throughout the operation
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships for cost-effective purchasing
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines
• Design and implement staff training and development programs

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on kitchen leadership experience in fine dining
