Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care is seeking an HR Generalist to support onboarding, benefits and leave administration, employee relations and performance management. You will be a primary resource for employee inquiries and help ensure a compliant, positive workplace. The role includes coordinating recruitment, hiring and new hire onboarding, administering benefits and leave programs, plus supporting performance reviews and development.
