Best-in-Industry Mentorship Our structured mentorship program provides 48 hours of dedicated 1:1 mentorship with experienced physical therapists specifically trained to mentor and develop newer clinicians. This hands-on support helps accelerate clinical growth and confidence. APTA-Accredited Orthopedic Residency Program
Compensation: Base compensation starts at $80,000-$92,000+ , with a total compensation package of $91,000-$103,000+ depending on experience and fit. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses may be available. Therapeutic Associates Inc. - Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care that helps patients achieve their functional goals.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and injury prevention.
- Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of clinical quality and patient experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners to provide coordinated patient care.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Support Therapeutic Associates' mission, values, and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Current Physical Therapist license, or anticipated completion of DPT program requirements and licensing examinations within six months.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
