Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or a defined group of patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs, implement care plans, evaluate patient responses, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; provide guidance and supervision as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive treatment and smooth patient flow.
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to nursing care.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Active California RN license (or eligibility to obtain)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ER nursing experience or demonstrated ability to function in a high-acuity ER setting
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts; available for travel assignments
• Eligible for travel assignment and able to work in the listed setting
