SMB Sales Executive

Join Fintech in Tampa, Florida as a SMB Sales Executive! The SMB Sales Executives’ primary responsibility is to sell / upgrade Fintech’s subscription-based services (Premium and Premium Plus) to retailers in the SMB space. The services assist retailers with payments & data of their beverage alcohol & non-alcohol purchases and provides visibility into their analytics. Our solution helps retailers conform to state regulations for purchasing beverage alcohol and maximizes profitability for their beverage alcohol and non-alcohol program. The sales executive position follows a hybrid schedule, allowing sales executives to work remotely from home on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday. This structure provides flexibility while maintaining strong team connection, coaching, and collaboration. Essential Functions: Prospect and qualify sales leads for sales pursuit using Salesforce customer data base Deliver phone and virtual sales demos to small business owners Utilize a consultative approach to uncover our customers business challenges and position Fintech value statements to mitigate those business challenges Participate in sales-led marketing programs that promote client’s interest Develop relationships and maintain frequent communications with assigned clients and strategic partners to increase lead referrals Close deals / sales Prepare, collect and process sales service agreements Participate in a weekly team sales cadence and sales performance reporting Qualifications: Minimum two years inside or outside B2B sales required Pipeline Management Goal & Quota-driven Strong desire to compete in a professional manner and excel in sales peer group People-oriented and client-focused Objection handling & negotiation skills Persuasive closing ability Consultative selling approach Ability to interact and communicate with internal team in a professional manner Ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner Ability to make phone calls with excellent phone manners & skills is essential Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to meet timelines Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) software application (SalesForce.com preferred, but not required) Phone training and/or online presentation experience a plus Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Our Benefits: Employer Matched 401K Company Paid Medical Insurance Option for Employee and Dependent Children Company Paid Dental Insurance for Employee Company Paid Vision Insurance for Employee Company Paid Long and Short-Term Disability Company Paid Life and AD&D Insurance 18 Paid Vacation Days a Year Six Paid Holidays Employee Recognition Programs Incentive Compensation Community Outreach Opportunities Business Casual Dress Code Fintech is a Drug-Free Workplace.
