License/Certs: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in MA; BLS/ACLS preferred
Experience: 2+ years in Neonatology or Critical Care preferred

What You'll Do

Provide advanced neonatal or critical care in a busy Level III NICU
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient treatment plans
Monitor and assess neonatal and critically ill patients onsite
Provide evidence-based care with a focus on family-centered support
Document and communicate patient progress accurately
Follow all safety and compliance protocols
Participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed

What You Need

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
Minimum 2 years of neonatal or critical care experience
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and weekends onsite
