Location: Dallas, TX (near University Park) Typical Hours: M-F, 9 AM – 5 PM; Great Work/Life Balance! Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Accounting & Operations Administrator (No Accounting Background Required) Description This is a newly created role supporting Bachendorf's corporate accounting and operations teams. You’ll spend about 80% of your time providing hands‑on support across day‑to‑day accounting functions, primarily accounts payable, while the balance of your time will be spent supporting overall operational needs. Over time, the role will expand into process improvement, developing best practices, and supporting special projects across the business. We’re looking for someone who is smart, adaptable, process‑minded, and comfortable working with numbers. This role is open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. While the position will initially focus heavily on accounting support, we’re looking for someone who is analytical, comfortable with numbers and data, learns quickly, and is interested in gaining exposure to a variety of business initiatives and projects. Accounting & Operations Administrator Responsibilities Process invoices and assist with routine accounting tasks Work closely with accounting to help keep daily workflows organized and on track Coordinate with stores and vendors to ensure accurate, timely financial processing Support the ongoing organization of business systems, helping improve data accuracy Learn existing processes and help identify ways to make them more efficient and consistent Assist with developing best practices as the business continues to grow Take on special projects and ad hoc assignments across accounting and operations Partner with teams across the corporate office and retail locations to drive projects forward Maintain a helpful, service‑minded approach and willingness to jump in where needed Accounting & Operations Administrator Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an operations support role Strong comfort working with numbers and data Process‑oriented mindset with an interest in finding ways to improve efficiency Interested in a role that provides exposure to a variety of business initiatives and projects #J-18808-Ljbffr Bachendorf's
