Position Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Manager who will lead front‑office operations, deliver outstanding client service, and drive sales for our Med Spa and IV services. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, organized, and highly motivated to grow revenue through exceptional client engagement and service education.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Client Experience

• Greet clients, manage check‑in/check‑out, and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Educate clients on available services, memberships, and treatment options.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and hospitality.
• Handle client concerns, scheduling, and follow‑up communication.

Sales & Business Growth

• Promote and sell Med Spa and IV services, packages, and wellness programs.
• Meet monthly sales goals and track performance metrics.
• Build long‑term client relationships to increase retention and referrals.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and community outreach.

Operations & Administration

• Oversee daily front‑desk operations and workflow.
• Manage scheduling, client records, and payment processing.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service , sales , or spa/medical office preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to confidently discuss and promote wellness and aesthetic services.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a passion for client care.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base salary + competitive commission structure based on sales performance.
• Full‑time preferred; part‑time start is available for the right candidate.
• Flexible scheduling; some weekends may be required based on business needs.
