You'll have access to:Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match.Work-life balance: generous paid time off for rest, family, and self-care.Career growth: you'll benefit from continuous learning, mentorship, and leadership training including access to CBX University, our in-house development program.Supportive culture: innovation, creativity, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.Supervise all field installers, schedule, train, and assist on installations as needed.Essential functions:Oversee compliance and safety of job siteAttends job site weekly meetingsSchedule and supervise installers each day on the job sitesTool box topicsDaily reports on job sitesUse tools properly to insure safety and protect quality of doors and hardwareReport any damaged products to supervisorAnalyze drawings, sketches, work orders and material safety data sheets to plan layout, assembly.Organize and document safety training, drug screens, other documents needed depending on contractLiaison between installers and project managersKeep detailed record of installation requirements/project specs to ensure each installation is performed correctly and efficientlyOther duties as assignedMinimum qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be able to lift/carry 25-50 lbs. frequentlyExperience using power tools, saws, drills etc.Industry experience with installation of building materials preferredMust pass pre-employment drug screen and background checkKnowledge, skills and abilities:Must have strong math skills, communication skills, problem solving skillsAbility to read and interpret a tape measureAbility to determine what type of tool and equipment are needed for a jobPhysical demands:Spends majority of time standing, kneeling/crouching/stooping, using hands and reaching. Frequent lifting required of items 25-50 pounds. Other conditions may include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and using various tools and hardware.
