Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.An exciting opportunity exists to join a team of attorneys and paralegals on the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Legal Team within Caterpillar's Law, Security & Public Policy Division (LSPP) to support all of Caterpillar's acquisition, divestment, joint venture and venture capital transactions worldwide. This role provides an opportunity to work with leaders and subject matter experts across the enterprise, get involved in special projects, and lead tasks as needed by the team. Successful candidates will be process driven, have an interest in the M&A function of LSPP, be able to prioritize multiple projects, and have an interest in gaining experience across a broad range of legal fields.This position will support the attorneys with traditional paralegal responsibilities across all areas of the legal functional area and will be a core part of Caterpillar's M&A process by performing as the due diligence coordinator for all transactions.
