This role sets standards of excellence to ensure success by aligning key business and people strategies, practices, and processes to ensure a productive environment that drives positive business results and meets or exceeds key performance indicators. *Bonus program eligible based on the achievement of key performance indicators Requirements Clearinghouse Screening: This position requires additional screening through FL Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse--link to site Education: Associates Degree in Business or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred Years of Experience : Two years of supervisory experience required.
