General Labor / Assembly Worker

Job Type: Long-Term, Temp-to-Perm
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable General Labor / Assembly Workers to support production and assembly operations with Art Guild. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who are reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have good attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to use basic hand tools, including a drill.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and assembly duties as assigned.
• Use a drill and basic hand tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Assist with building, assembling, and preparing products.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leads.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support production goals and complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Work safely and follow all company procedures.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous general labor, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Must be able to use a drill.
• Must be dependable and report to work on time.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and performing hands-on work throughout the shift.

Dress Code / PPE

• No steel-toe shoes required.
• No PPE required unless otherwise instructed onsite.
• Comfortable work-appropriate clothing recommended.

Attendance is key for this role. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and committed to reporting to work as scheduled.
