Assemblers Needed

Hiring assemblers ASAP!! 1st shift $18/hr Statesville, NC

Job Responsibilities

Position parts according to knowledge of the unit being assembled or utilize a blueprint.
Assemble and fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners using hand tools, power tools, and air tools.
Remove small quantities of metal to produce close fits between parts.
Operate machines to perform force fitting or fastening operations as specified.
Maintain a clean work area and perform basic housekeeping duties throughout the shift.
Be open to additional roles as requested by supervisors or managers outside of typical assembly duties.

Essential Skills

1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably assembly.
Mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Blueprint reading experience.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders.
Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troutman, NC.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
