Senior Data Migration Specialist

Job Summary (Senior Data Migration Specialist)
- Lead onsite, hands-on data migration efforts for greenfield Salesforce implementation in Energy & Utilities sector.
- Oversee end-to-end data migration lifecycle: discovery, profiling, mapping, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
- Analyze and reconcile diverse data sets (customer, account, service, program, clean-energy, knowledge, operational) for multiple Salesforce clouds and modules.
- Define and document source-to-target mappings for all relevant data objects and processes.
- Coordinate with business data owners, developers, QA, architects, and cutover teams to ensure data quality, readiness, and issue resolution.
- Plan and execute mock loads, trial conversions, cutover rehearsals, production migrations, and post-migration validation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation: mapping workbooks, transformation rules, data quality findings, reconciliation evidence, issue logs, and cutover plans.
- Communicate migration risks, dependencies, decisions, and status to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Work in Agile/iterative environments, collaborating with cross-functional onshore and offshore teams.
- Utilize enterprise-approved and AI-assisted tools for migration activities, with independent validation of results.
