We are sourcing an Infrastructure Reliability Engineer to work at our client's location in Durham, NC.

Shift: Tue-Sat or Sun-Thur, 12:30 PM-9:30 PM ET.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:

5+ years of IT experience with a focus on server and infrastructure operations.
Strong Windows Administration experience is required.
Role is approximately 80% Windows Administration / 20% Observability
Strong experience troubleshooting Windows OS, hardware, server, and performance issues
Experience with VMware and/or Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM)
Experience with patching, security compliance, incident management, and change execution.
Experience supporting enterprise server and storage infrastructure.
Knowledge of SAN/NAS/CAS storage is a plus.
Strong experience with automation, scripting, monitoring, and observability
Experience supporting critical production environments and participating in incident calls.
Understanding of DevOps/EngOps and IT Service Management practices.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
Linux experience is a plus but not required
Candidates must be able to work the required evening/weekend shift schedule.
