Infrastructure Reliability Engineer

Title: Infrastructure Reliability EngineerResponsibilities:Manage and coordinate Windows, Linux & Virtualization operating systemsOversee hypervisors and hardware infrastructureDrive automation & observability initiatives and promote DevOps/EngOps workEnsure security compliance and execute patching activitiesMaintain environment stability and support critical server operationsParticipate in incident management and change executionContribute to operational KPIs and metricsCollaborate with global teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement solutionsCommunicate effectively with engineering, operations leaders, and partnersRequired Skills:5+ years of IT experience across a broad range of technologies, with a focus on server and storage infrastructureStrong knowledge of Windows OS and/or Linux (RedHat / Ubuntu)Disk storage management expertise, SAN/NAS/CAS infrastructure is a significant plusExperience with virtualization technologies (VMWare or OLVM)On-call coverage and incident management experienceTroubleshooting skills for OS, hardware, and performance issuesScripting and AI proficiencyExperience of working with enterprise-level customers and application teamsWindows, VMware, and OLVM (Oracle Logical Volume Manager) experience is highly desirableAdditional Skills:Strong understanding of Agile methodology and IT Service ManagementComprehensive knowledge of infrastructure tech stack: Linux, AIX, Windows, VMWare, OpenStack, HP, DellExperience with Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM)Ability to identify gaps and drive process improvementsCollaboration with vendors for root cause analysis and solution implementationPassion for automation, self-service, and self-healing infrastructureExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsDexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
