Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individually tailored, evidence-based counseling sessions via video to adult clients on a weekly basis.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary psychiatric providers and fellow counselors, ensuring a cohesive treatment approach.

• Utilize integrated assessment tools to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on automated symptom evaluations and functional improvement metrics.

• Participate in weekly drop-in consultations with leadership to receive ongoing clinical support and discuss challenging cases.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans efficiently using our advanced electronic medical record (EMR) system, enhancing workflow and care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibility will involve working with a varied adult population facing diverse mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals from various backgrounds and walks of life, ensuring that you create a culturally responsive treatment environment. This role requires a commitment to equity in mental health care, as you will be addressing the needs of clients who may be experiencing elevated stress, anxiety, depression, or suicidal ideation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (valid LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT licenses required) from an accredited institution.

• At least 1 year of independent practice as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.

• Demonstrated experience in treating adult populations with varying degrees of mental health disorders, particularly those at a higher risk.

• A strong commitment to conducting culturally competent therapy across all populations, with a willingness to work with clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and comfort integrating technology into the therapeutic process.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adult clients.

• An established track record of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
