- Provide laborist coverage for obstetrics and gynecology in an inpatient setting
- Manage labor and delivery, including routine vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
- Handle high-risk obstetric cases, including VBACs, breech deliveries, and multiple births
- Collaborate with midwives, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide 24-hour in-house call coverage (3-4 shifts per month) with overnight stay at hotel until called in
