About us

Monaco Lakes Apartments is a large, multi-phase complex in Denver, CO. We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Bookkeeper and Office Admin.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the overall financial processes of the community. The Bookkeeper will work closely with the Community Manager to process tenant payments, organize and code invoices, and contribute to the overall operational goals of the community. Your role will take initiative on ensuring that accuracy, organization and proficiency are properly executed at all times. Strong attention to detail, exceptional organization skills and communication skills both verbal and written are the keys to your success.

PROPERTY ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including but not limited to)

• Posting tenant rent payments.
• Organzing, coding, and processing A/P.
• Serve as primary "In-Person" contact at second office located across the street from primary office.
• Assist with tenant related matters.
• Process and post monthly Demand for Rent or Posession.
• Complete weekly and monthly reporting.
• Timely processing of tenant statement of deposits.
• Consistent follow up with current tenants who are deliqent with rent.
• Consistent follow up with past tenants to collect past due balances.
• Assist community manager, and assistant community manager in property upkeep and lease violations.

PROPERTY ADMIN QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of experience in general bookkeeping.
• At least 1 year of experience as an office admin preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment
• Great with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, posting Craigslist ads, social media, Yardi experience a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
