Site Safety Coordinator Night Shift in Chicago

Minimum Requirements OSHA 500 or OSHA 510 certification (required) 2–3 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator (required) Prior experience working in data center environments (required) Background check required — must pass pre-employment screening Must be available for night shift hours Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to communicate clearly with equipment operators and site supervisors Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus — highly encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities Guide and monitor equipment operators during crane operations, material lifts, and vehicle movement on site Identify and communicate hazards to operators, crew, and site leadership in real time Maintain visual contact with equipment and establish hand signal or radio communication protocols Enforce safety compliance per OSHA standards and project-specific safety plans Conduct pre-shift safety checks and document observations as required Coordinate with the site safety officer and project management team Qualifications Prior experience as a Spotter on data center, commercial, or industrial construction projects Bilingual — English and Spanish fluency Familiarity with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 construction safety standards First Aid / CPR certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
