Recruiting CoordinatorJoin Our Growing Talent Acquisition TeamWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team during an exciting period of growth and transformation. In this role, you will help deliver an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating interviews, managing onboarding and pre-employment processes, and supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and are passionate about providing outstanding administrative support, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Recruiting Coordinator, you will:Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, including individual and panel interviews.Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring activities from interview through onboarding.Manage pre-employment requirements, including background checks, employment verification, licensure documentation, and related hiring processes.Review and track onboarding paperwork to ensure compliance and timely completion.Conduct reference and verification checks with educational institutions and previous employers.Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring documentation within applicant tracking and HR systems.Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.Support workforce transitions and onboarding initiatives for new hires.Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsPrevious experience in an administrative support, human resources, recruiting coordination, onboarding coordination, or related role.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other office applications.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a changing environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience using an HRIS, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), or other enterprise systems.Oracle experience is a plus.Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated industry is beneficial but not required.Why Join Us?Fully remote opportunity for Minnesota residents.Collaborative and supportive Talent Acquisition team.Exposure to recruitment operations and HR processes.Opportunity to make an immediate impact during a key period of organizational growth.Fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop new skills and expand your recruiting and HR experience.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
