We are seeking a Reimbursement Specialist to add to grow expand our Patient Access Services (Hub Services) division for buy and bill pharma manufacturers and to support top-level executives in the company.Responsibilities:Determining insurance coverages, out of pockets and co-pays on behalf of patientsFacilitating the prior authorization processConducting the benefits investigation and benefits verificationIdentifying alternative funding research and conducting administrative tasks in support of the patient’s enrollment into the programReimbursement Specialist Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited U.S. based institution a plus1+ years of reimbursement experience working with insurance companies / payers (including buy and bill strongly preferred)Minimum 3+ preferred years of professional work experience exemplifying strong communication skills and administrative competencyAbility to interpret, capture and document the details of insurance payer conversations, in a timely and efficient mannerStrong computer skills with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, etc.), video conferencing software and data entry systemsExcellent written and oral communicationMust be a self-starterMust be comfortable working independently or as part of a teamStrong interest in growing within an organization, potentially into a leadership opportunityReimbursement experience within pharmaceuticals and/or specialty pharmacyPreferred:Experience with the prior authorization processExperience with Alternative Funding ResearchA PlusExperience with leading and training new team membersExperience with Patient Assistance Program administrationJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountFree parkingHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offPaid trainingPrescription drug insuranceProfessional development assistanceRelocation assistanceRetirement planVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Insurance verification: 1 year (Required)Ability to Commute:Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 (Required)Work Location: In person\nCompany DescriptionServa Health provides high-touch Patient Services programs to pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations.
