Neurology Physician
Integrity Locums
Coverage Needed
- As soon as Credentialed - Ongoing
- Schedule: 7am to 7pm hospital shift, 7pm to 7am call
Clinical Details
- Stroke Alerts come from hospital and 3 free standing ER's
- Call: Backup, covering Hospital Inpatient Call, including consults, rounding, and stroke alerts
- EMR: Meditech, Patient Keeper, eCW
- Support Staff: Nursing staff, techs
- Practice Call: 5 to 10 max covering Practice Call (including consults, rounding, and stroke alerts at the hospital, no outpatient practice assistance needed)
- Stroke alerts are done generally in person during the working hours and by tele when not in the hospital
- Inpatient stroke alerts are rare
Requirements
- Board Certified in Neurology
- Basic Life Support certification
- Active FL License
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
