• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; first-time travelers accepted with at least 2 years of experience 2. Cases: Average surgical case volume of 65; average daily tray volume of 1,200; specializes in Neuro, Ortho, Robotics, and some Pediatrics; also covers URO, General, and GYN; trauma and implants preferred 3. Certifications: CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred; SPT travelers have zero documentation in Epic; all documentation is in SPM instrumentation management system; training learning module completed by all 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days, 0600-1430; call not required; rotating weekends required unless otherwise specified in contract; guaranteed 72 hours per 2-week period; traveler may be called off for 1 shift per 2-week period; manager requires interview for all auto offers - send candidate interview availability with submission 8.
