Job Responsibilities: Plan and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the Creative Curriculum. Foster positive, supportive relationships with each child while promoting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Build strong partnerships with families and encourage meaningful family engagement. Communicate with families daily regarding their child's progress and participate in family conferences twice annually. Attend Kiddie Academy staff meetings, Department of Education (DOE) professional development sessions, and weekly 3-K team meetings to support collaboration and ensure activities align with quality standards.
