T.I.M.E. Program | Part Time | Azura Memory Care of Mukwonago
Are you outgoing, energetic, and someone who can light up a room? Do you love visiting with people, making them smile, and finding creative ways to bring people together?
Azura Memory Care of Mukwonago is looking for a fun, personable, and compassionate Activities & Memory Enhancement Coordinator to bring our residents' days to life! We want someone who loves being hands-on, interacting with residents, starting conversations, leading activities, and creating meaningful connections.
This isn't a sit-behind-the-scenes position. You'll be right alongside our residents, laughing, sharing stories, enjoying music, playing games, and making every day a little brighter!
SCHEDULE
Monday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, leading our T.I.M.E. (Therapeutic Interventions for Memory Enhancement) Program
Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Every other weekend: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Week 1: Sunday, Monday & Friday
Week 2 : Monday, Friday & Saturday
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead our T.I.M.E. Program every Monday
Plan and lead fun, engaging activities, games, outings, and special events
Spend quality time with residents, building friendships and meaningful connections
Bring energy and enthusiasm to the community through music, conversation, and group activities
Coordinate Memory Café and dementia education programs
Encourage residents to stay socially, mentally, and physically engaged
Work alongside families and team members to create a welcoming, lively community
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
An outgoing, friendly personality who genuinely enjoys being around people
Someone comfortable starting conversations and engaging residents one-on-one and in groups
Creative, energetic, organized, and self-motivated
Experience working with older adults or in senior living preferred
A passion for dementia care and making a difference in people's lives
