Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, adjusting therapeutic techniques to suit individual needs and preferences.

• Facilitate couples counseling, helping partners navigate relationship challenges and improve communication skills.

• Work with families to identify dynamics and communication barriers, employing systemic approaches to enhance familial relationships.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting them based on their progress.

• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions through comprehensive evaluations, employing DSM-5 criteria.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to create a cohesive support network for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
