Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct secure and confidential telehealth therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, adapting to the clients' unique needs and preferences.

• Perform in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health conditions, family dynamics, and relational challenges to create personalized treatment plans with measurable goals.

• Employ principles from family systems theory and systemic interventions to effectively address relationship dynamics and improve communication among clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support as required, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during challenging situations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, aligning with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Educate clients on healthy communication styles, conflict resolution techniques, and coping strategies to enhance relational functioning.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions with fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive care tailored to client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals, couples, and families facing complex relational issues, including but not limited to communication breakdowns, divorce or separation, parenting challenges, and mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Maryland.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

St. Claire Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
