JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experienced technical lead with good IAM and cybersecurity background. Can manage large programs across geographies and multiple stakeholders. - Mandatory tools : Any IGA product 1IM/SailPoint/Saviynt
- Skills - ServiceNow used for access provisioning, CMDB and ITSM with integration to IAM tools. Strong PL/SQL knowledge and ability to understand .NET based integration, AWS, AI/GenAI based outlook
- Good to have: knowledge of CyberArk.
- Strong knowledge of IAM ecosystem and flexible in utilizing his/her past learning in the custom environment of the customer
- Incident and problem management, certification, audit management
- Highly proactive and strong customer management/communication
- Openness to work in a 24x7 mode with leadership skills of driving BAU offshore teams
