System AnalystLocation: McLean VA (Onsite Hybrid Model)Duration: 9-12 Months | Extension PossibleJob Description:Technical solution side work with IT team to convert business requirements to system requirementSQL - Sybase, SQL server, mongo db.Must have strong analytical and communication skills and can start work independently with limited directionExperience with object oriented programming principles and object-oriented analysis and designStrong knowledge of agile methodologiesExperience with SQL to perform data analysis and developing process flow diagramsExperience with writing detailed data requirements for system integration and development projectsBackground working with cloud technologiesLives the agile mindset and is an advocate for promoting the culture surrounding itCSM/CSD/CSPO certifications preferred (with associated experience leveraging these certifications)Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in systems analysis and requirements development in an agile/devops organizationExhibit knowledge of automated testing with experience leveraging behavior driven development (bdd), developing test cases and plans as well as executing them as part of a devsecops pipelineExperienced in developing and documenting detailed data mapping using prescribed ldmBecome subject matter expert across assigned domain and applications with general understanding of upstream and downstream interfacesWork with the product owner and the team to create associated, epics, features and user stories
