Credit Management Specialist

We deliver and deploy robust, performance-optimized, purpose-built platforms to major data centers around the globe. We are looking for a Credit Management Specialist to join our Milpitas office, CA. Primary Responsibilities Participate in building and improving the company’s credit management rules and processes, also communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external business parties Support end‑to‑end invoicing operations, reconcile contractual values against SAP system postings, execute system posting and tax invoice issuance, also prepare proforma invoices aligned with commercial contract terms. Drive credit assessment for sales with payment terms, oversee customer due‑diligence and business risk evaluation, compile formal risk assessment reports, and implement credit control and Manage full‑cycle accounts receivable management, including pre‑maturity payment alerts, overdue receivable follow-up, and resolution of escalated high risk collection matters. Facilitate cross‑party collaboration with insurance companies and banking institutions to advance credit insurance and corporate financing‑related initiatives. Qualifications Fluent working proficiency in English and Chinese. Prior experience in finance, credit control, or related credit management roles within large‑scale enterprises is preferred. Bachelor’s degree with finance, economics or other related majors Strong communication and written skills, self‑motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
