Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health challenges faced by clients, allowing for the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate the establishment of collaborative therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation to uphold ethical standards and assist in the continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMFT will involve working with a varied clientele, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with issues such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and other mental health concerns.
