Job Description Job Description The Front of House Manager leads the entire guest service team, ensuring every visitor receives an exceptional, high-end fine dining experience. You will manage front-of-house staff, coordinate reservations and seating flow, maintain rigorous service standards, and work closely with the culinary team to deliver flawless execution. *HIRING IMMEDIATLY** Key Responsibilities: Floor Management: Oversee all dining room, bar, and host staff during service to ensure seamless pacing, precision, and top-tier hospitality.  Guest Relations: Greet VIP guests, manage table turns, accommodate special requests, and proactively resolve any guest feedback with grace and professionalism.  Staff Training & Leadership: Conduct pre-shift meetings, train servers and hosts on fine dining etiquette, extensive menu knowledge, and premium wine/beverage pairings.  Scheduling & Administration: Manage weekly staff scheduling, labor cost controls, payroll tracking, and FOH inventory.  Hiring & Development: Recruit, interview, and onboard top-tier hospitality professionals committed to luxury service standards.  Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health, sanitation, food safety, and California alcohol beverage control (ABC) regulations. Qualifications Skills  Experience: Minimum of 1 year of management experience in an upscale, fine dining restaurant or high-end steakhouse environment.  Knowledge: Deep familiarity with prime steaks, fine wines, spirits, and multi-course service execution.  Certifications: Valid California Food Handler Certificate and ServSafe / RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification required.  Skills: Strong leadership, professional verbal communication, composure under pressure, and advanced point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency.  Attributes: Impeccable personal presentation, a warm and authoritative presence on the floor, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality excellence. \nCompany Description Heritage Steakhouse is a premier upscale steakhouse offering expertly prepared steaks, fresh seafood, handcrafted cocktails, and exceptional hospitality.
