Forklift Warehouse

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to work in a cold storage warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize products while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in sub-zero or refrigerated conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (stand-up, sit-down, reach truck, or pallet jack) safely in cold storage conditions
  
  
• Load, unload, move, and stack products according to warehouse procedures
  
  
• Pick and stage orders accurately for shipment
  
  
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues
  
  
• Follow all safety, food safety, and OSHA guidelines
  
  
• Work in freezer and refrigerated areas for extended periods
  
  
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
  
  
• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems as required
  
  
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation (FIFO)

Work Environment

• Cold storage environment (freezer and refrigerated temperatures, may be below 0°F / -18°C)
  
  
• Required use of cold-weather protective gear (provided or required)
  
  
• Physically demanding role, including standing, lifting, bending, and reaching

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
  
  
• Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
  
  
• Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  
  
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Schedule

• Full-time
  
  
• Shifts may include nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
