Position General Manager Location Grand Rapids, MI Key Responsibilities Leadership and Strategic Planning: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization in alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values. Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and initiatives to drive business growth, profitability, and sustainability. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including logistics, fleet management, scheduling, and customer service, to ensure operational efficiency and excellence. Optimize processes, workflows, and procedures to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Team Leadership and Development: Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of front line teammates to deliver exceptional results and customer experiences.
