Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

This positionis responsible formanaging the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and company policies. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) Process vendor invoices, verify coding, and obtain necessary approvals. Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents. Prepare payment runs. Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries. Support month-end close with AP reconciliations. Accounts Receivable (AR) Generate and send customer invoices. Apply payments accurately. Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue accounts. Resolve billing discrepancies and partner with Sales and Customer Service. Support cash forecasting. Debt collection Qualifications Associate degree in Accounting/Finance. 2–4 years AP/AR experience. Strong bookkeeping and Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems. Oraclea plus. High attention to detail and strong communication skills. Work Environment On‑site role in Saratoga Springs, NY. Standard business hours with occasional additional hours during close cycles.
