The group emphasizes technical excellence, innovation, and clear communication to achieve business goals. What you'll do: Own delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support. Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing. Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software intelligence and development velocity. Participate in solution design, conduct code reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with platform standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics. Monitor application performance, support defect management, and maintain high-quality software systems. Mentor peers, promote engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll bring: Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding standards across multiple languages such as JavaScript, React, Java and Python. Strong experience in delivering scoped features through collaborative engineering teams. Proficiency in debugging, code review, and continuous integration/deployment processes. Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with technical standards. Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development. Skilled in translating complex business problems into actionable technical requirements.
